Client had an old tired kitchen that was falling apart and tiles popping up everywhere and No downstairs cloakroom at all for guests and wanted a much open space with a Cloakroom and a much larger Kitchen with an Island.

 

Plans were drawn up and submitted to the Council which included building an extension into the back and side return. The side redundant extension space was previously not used at all. The newly created built space is considerably larger which has allowed both a luxurious cloakroom ( including shower for the dog ) and a much larger beautiful German Kitchen with Stone worktops, with Amrerican style fridge freezer, wine cooler including a Gas and Electric Hob as was key for the Client and the results speak for themselves as it was a complete transformation of the space which is where the Client and her family love to spend time.

 

The larger space created was further improved with sliding glass doors to allow the outside to be appreciated.  In addition to the above, the entire property benefited from a complete decoration including new Heating system, flooring and an additional bathroom renovation upstairs which had to be repositioned
